Most of the reward cards printed by William Dickes were produced for the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge.

This is a rare example of a set of cards produced for other publishers.

This is also an example of a set of cards that were also produced in another language;

in this case Dutch, having been translated by the well known poet Jan Jakob Lodewijk ten Kate (see right).
