The collection is believed to include ‘The Chubbs’, ‘The Launch of the Trafalgar’, ‘Butterflies’, ‘Conqueror of Europe’, ‘Morning Lessons’ & more. More information will be provided when available.

There will also be an illustrated talk and discussion on Baxter prints, afternoon tea, and the ever-popular Bring and Buy Sale.

Articles include: - An original design by George Baxter for Joseph Mansell, Jenny Lind on silk, A review of Baxter’s serial numbers focusing on Lake Lucerne, Daughter of the Regiment, Brighton Chain Pier and the unrecorded Hastings & Scotch, A peep into the world of Baxter collecting in the 1920s, Dickes reward cards after Frith photos, the inspiration for Le Blond’s Brothers Water, Baxter’s Map of the Victories of Napoleon III, more on Kronheim’s pocket book prints, the Baxter Art Union revisited, and Views of Lake Scenery by Leighton Bros. Due to Covid we have been unable to meet up recently so we have included another 24-page Bonus Edition Newsletter with this posting. Our 24-page newsletters will however continue to be published as normal and we hope to return to a full schedule of events in 2021.

Arrangements for a future meeting will be advised once the current situation is resolved.

Photos/scans are available of every item, some of which are unique and very rare. Offers can be made by logging in to the members area and following the instructions.
