These are the terms and conditions on which you may use the newbaxtersociety.org website. These terms apply to your use of all website content irrespective of the delivery device or platform you use. By accessing newbaxtersociety.org you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Use and Access

You may view New Baxter Society content for your personal use on any device that is compatible with our website. This might be a PC, laptop, smart phone or other mobile device.

You may not copy newbaxtersociety.org content and you may not republish or redistribute our content, for example by pasting it into emails or republishing it in any media, including other websites.

We recognise that users of the Internet want to share information with others. As long as you do not create a copy of our content, you may link to our website either from your website or by email. Links to content in our members pages are not allowed as only members who have paid a membership subscription and who have requested access to these pages are allowed access.

If you are a member of The New Baxter Society and have requested access to members pages you cannot share your user name and password with anyone else. A password is for one person’s use only. Sharing a password means a copy of our content may subsequently be made by someone who is not authorised to do that. Password sharing is a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in an infringement of copyright.

2. Registration and Privacy

All information received by you from your use of newbaxtersociety.org will be used by The New Baxter Society in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we may process your personal data.

If you are a member who requests access to members pages you must provide us with accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable newbaxtersociety.org pages.

Each registration to use the members area is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a user name and will be sent an initial password. You should change your password to one of your choice when you first access the members pages and it is good practise to change passwords regularly. You are not allowed to share your password or give access to members pages to anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to members pages if you share your user name and password without further obligation to you.

You are responsible for all use of newbaxtersociety.org made by you or anyone else using your user name and password and for preventing unauthorised use of these details.

You will provide us with a personal email address where you are entitled to receive messages.

If you are a member who has requested access to members pages then you may choose to use newbaxtersociety.org’s "Keep me logged in" feature that enables you to be logged in automatically without having to manually log in each time. We recommend that you do not use this feature on any computer that may be used by anyone else in order to prevent unauthorised access by third parties to both your personal details and features of the website personal to you.

3. Membership Subscription Services

If you subscribe to be a member of the New Baxter Society you can request access to the members only pages.

The services provided to members on the members only pages are provided in addition to normal membership services without additional charge. These services may be amended or withdrawn for any reason at anytime without notice.

We will try to process your subscription promptly but we do not guarantee that your subscription or request to access members pages will be activated by any specific time. The New Baxter Society reserves the right to reject any subscription or request to access members pages for any or no reason.

Membership subscriptions are payable annually and if a members subscription remains unpaid at the due date, that member’s access to the members pages may be disabled.

The New Baxter Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to members pages if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.

4. Members Forums

newbaxtersociety.org may include discussion forums that allow interaction between users.

If you wish to view or participate in a forum then you must be a member who has requested access to the members pages and you must comply with the rules set out in this section.

You will retain ownership of the copyright in any of your postings on newbaxtersociety.org so you are free to re-use your postings as you wish. You agree that if you post to a Forum then you are granting The New Baxter Society a right (but not an obligation) unlimited in time to publish, re-use, archive, modify or delete that post in whole or in part as we see fit, without any requirement to pay you for this and with or without attribution to you.

You are responsible for all the content of your posts.

You agree that you will:
* not make a post unrelated to the Forum or the Forum’s topic.
* not post or link to any advertising or any spam or other form of unsolicited communication.
* not make a post or link to anything that is threatening, abusive, indecent, libelous or unlawful in any way.
* not impersonate any person or entity.
* not make a post or transmit anything that contains software viruses, files or code designed to limit the functionality ofnewbaxtersociety.org.
* only publish a post that is your original content and will not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.
* not collect or store other users’ personal data.

newbaxtersociety.org forums contain posts submitted by users over whom we have no control so we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any forum post.

It is not possible for The New Baxter Society to monitor all posts on our website forums. If you believe that any forum post on our website infringes any legal rights that you may have or that it is not allowed under these terms and conditions, please notify us by contacting us at siteenquiries@newbaxtersociety.org.

5. Members Trader

newbaxtersociety.org may includes a facility that allows users to buy and sell prints and associated items.

If you wish to participate in the Members Trader then you must be a member who has requested access to the members pages and you must comply with the rules set out in this section.

The New Baxter Society accepts no responsibility for any item listed for sale and takes no commission or payment in respect of the sale. The service is provided for members to allow them to dispose of duplicate items in their collections or to add to their collection.

newbaxtersociety .org will exchange user names and email addresses between sellers and buyers so that they can enter into a contract. The New Baxter Society is not a party to that contract.

You are responsible for all items you list for sale.

You agree that you will:
* not list any item for sale that is not related to 19th century colour printing.
* not link to any advertising or any spam or other form of unsolicited communication.
* not list or link to anything that is threatening, abusive, indecent, libelous or unlawful in any way.
* not list anything that contains software viruses, files or code designed to limit the functionality ofnewbaxtersociety.org.
* only list items for sale that are your own personal property.
* not collect or store other users’ personal data other than is necessary to fulfil the sale or purchase of an item.
* Accept returns for any item provided you are notified of the return of the item within 7 days of its receipt by the buyer.
* Fully and accurately describe the item you are listing for sale and take full responsibility for that listing.

newbaxtersociety.org Members Trader contains items for sale listed by users over whom we have no control so we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any listing.

It is not possible for The New Baxter Society to monitor all listings on our Members Trader. If you believe that any listing on our website infringes any legal rights that you may have or that it is not allowed under these terms and conditions, please notify us by contacting us at siteenquiries@newbaxtersociety.org.

6. Third Party Sites and Services

newbaxtersociety.org contains links to other Internet websites belonging to independent third parties (“Third Party Sites”), including websites of our advertisers.

Whether you purchase or use third party products or services made available on Third Party Sites is your decision and we are not responsible for your decision to use these sites. Our Privacy Policy is not applicable to Third Party Sites.

7. General

These terms and conditions were last updated on 10 July 2012 and replace all previous terms and conditions for newbaxtersociety.org. The New Baxter Society may update these terms and conditions at any time as we consider appropriate. We will provide notice of such changes in Latest News, any changes will become effective as soon as we notify you of them.

We may at our discretion and without notice cease to publish newbaxtersociety.org or amend any content or service to members as we may decide. If we do so, then we will have no further obligation to you.

You may not license or transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

newbaxtersociety.org is best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

We do not take payments through our website.
